Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern the Harper Home Security site and request form operated by Sovereign Software Systems LLC. The notice next to the submit button asks you to agree to these Terms when you submit a request. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

Harper Home Security's role

Harper is a consumer request guide. It is not a security provider, installer, monitoring company, manufacturer, insurer, emergency service, licensed security professional, ranking service, or provider-vetting service.

Harper cannot monitor an alarm, request police or fire response, or dispatch emergency help. Call 911 or your local emergency service when you need urgent help.

Requests and possible follow-up

At this stage, Harper reviews requests internally and does not send them to providers. If Harper later offers a referral, that will be a separate step governed by the disclosure and permission shown at that time. Harper does not endorse, rank, vet, or guarantee any provider.

Submitting the form authorizes only the phone-or-email contact described beside the checkbox. It does not authorize automated calls, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, text messages, or unrelated marketing. Permission may be withdrawn as described in the Privacy Policy.

A submission does not create an appointment, provider relationship, service contract, monitoring coverage, installation agreement, fiduciary relationship, agency, or exclusive relationship. It does not guarantee a response, provider connection, price, availability, equipment, installation, monitoring, emergency response, or security result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive information;
• impersonate another person or submit information without authority;
• interfere with site security, availability, or operation;
• use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the site; or
• copy or use Harper branding or content in a way that violates our rights.

Content and intellectual property

You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use site content or branding without written permission. No license is granted except as stated here.

Disclaimers

The site provides general educational information and questions to consider. It is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Harper does not provide a property-specific security assessment or professional advice and does not promise that content is complete, current, or suitable for a particular property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harper and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on general site content, or acts or omissions of an independent provider. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires another method. If a material change affects a request already submitted, Harper will provide any notice required by law. Earlier conduct remains governed by the Terms in effect at that time unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.

General terms and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A waiver on one occasion is not a continuing waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning this site and a submitted request, except for any later written agreement.
