Using Harper Home Security
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: September 2, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Harper Home Security website, which Sovereign Software Systems LLC operates. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
Harper Home Security’s role
Harper Home Security is a consumer request and referral brand. Harper is not a home security provider, installer, monitoring company, manufacturer, insurer, emergency service, or licensed security professional.
Site content provides general questions and information. It does not provide a security assessment, recommend a particular system or provider, or replace advice from a qualified professional who has evaluated your property and needs.
Harper cannot monitor an alarm, request police or fire response, or dispatch emergency help. Call 911 or your local emergency service when you need urgent help.
Requests and referrals
Submitting the form asks Harper to contact you by phone or email about your request. It does not create an appointment, provider relationship, service contract, monitoring coverage, installation agreement, fiduciary relationship, agency, or exclusive relationship.
A submission does not guarantee a response, referral, provider match, availability, eligibility, price, financing, equipment, installation, monitoring, emergency response, security result, or other outcome. At launch, submissions stay with Harper and are not sent to a home security provider.
Any provider you consider remains responsible for its licensing, recommendations, equipment, installation, monitoring, pricing, contracts, privacy practices, availability, and services. You are responsible for evaluating the provider and deciding whether to buy or use its services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive information;
- impersonate another person or submit information without authority;
- send alarm codes, passwords, payment-card data, or other sensitive access information;
- interfere with site security, availability, or operation;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the site; or
- copy or use the Harper Home Security brand, artwork, or content in a way that violates our rights.
