Who we are and scope

Harper Home Security is a consumer request and referral brand operated by Sovereign Software Systems LLC(“Harper Home Security,” “Harper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or submit its request form.

Harper is not a home security provider, installer, monitoring company, manufacturer, insurer, or emergency service. This form cannot request emergency help or dispatch a response. Call 911 or your local emergency service when you need urgent help.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through the request form:

• your full name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code;
• the home security interest you select;
• your optional message and consent to contact you; and
• the submission time and source page used to administer the request.

Do not submit alarm codes, passwords, access credentials, payment details, government identification numbers, or a detailed map of your home’s security through this form.

Our hosting and security providers may receive ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, request logs, and security signals when you use the site.

How we use information

We use the information to:

• review, respond to, and administer your request;
• contact you by phone or email about the request using the permission you provided;
• operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the site and delivery workflow;
• detect spam, fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

At launch, this site does not use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising analytics. We will update this policy and add any required consent controls before that changes.

How information is shared

We use service providers to run the site and process submissions. The workflow includes Cloudflare for hosting, security, and server-side request handling; Google Apps Script for validated delivery; Google Sheets for the internal lead record; and Google’s email service for internal notifications. These providers process information for the services they provide to us and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

At launch, each submission stays with Harper. We do not send form submissions to a home security provider. Before that changes, we will identify the applicable provider or delivery arrangement and update the form, disclosures, and consent language.

We may disclose information when law requires it, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for the time needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary based on the status and purpose of a request.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to stop contacting you or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your request. Your location may give you additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may limit what we can delete or disclose.
